Is there a premature withdrawal facility available?
Yes, the FD schemes offer premature withdrawal options. A 1% pre-closure penalty will apply: that is, 1.00% will be reduced on the applicable rate on foreclosure or premature withdrawal.
What are the KYC documents required?
For new customers: Photo and valid OVD along with deposit application form. For existing customers: Deposit application form.
Who can invest in fixed deposit schemes?
Any individual, HUF, corporate or any other entity not prohibited by RBI can invest in a fixed deposit scheme.
Can I get a loan against this deposit?
Yes, You can avail deposit loan as per the norms applicable on your term deposits.
