The transfer of shares, in physical form, is processed by the Registrars and Share Transfer Agents viz: SKDC Consultants Ltd., Coimbatore. The share transfers are processed within a period of 15 days from the date of the receipt of the transfer documents by the said Registrars and Transfer Agents.

Any complaints that our investors might have should be addressed either to the Company Secretary of the Bank or to the Registrars and Transfer Agents whose details are furnished below:
